Translation Package Agreement

Welcome to AuraFit services. When you purchase a translation package, please be sure to read this agreement carefully; if you have any objections, please stop the next step immediately. By purchasing a translation package, you agree to and accept all the terms of this Agreement.

If you are a minor, please read this Agreement with your guardian to ensure that you understand the contents of the Agreement, and you may use the Service only with the consent of your guardian. In addition, if you are a child under the age of 16, we recommend that you use the Service under the supervision and guidance of your guardian.

AuraFit APP reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and the modified Agreement shall take effect immediately upon publication. Users who continue to use the translation package service are deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

I.Service Content

1. We provide users with translation services through the APP. After purchasing the translation time package, users can use the translation function of the corresponding time within the APP, and the specific scope of translation services is subject to the actual provision of the APP.
2. The translation function will be displayed on the relevant page of the APP, and we reserve the right to adjust and optimize the service content according to the business development and actual situation.

II. Package Purchase

1. Package types and prices: We provide a variety of translation hour packages for users to choose from in the APP, and the translation hours and prices included in different packages vary, and the specific information is subject to the display in the APP.
2. Payment: Users should follow the payment method and process prompted in the APP to complete the payment. Upon successful payment, the corresponding translation hours will be credited to the user's account instantly. If there is any problem with the payment due to the payment platform or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, we will try our best to assist the user in solving the problem, but we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by it.

III. Rules for the use of translation hours

1. Usage: After the user opens the translation function in the APP, the system will deduct the corresponding translation time according to the time spent on the actual translation operation. The calculation of translation time is based on the system record, which the user recognizes.
2. Restrictions on Use: The translation hours can only be used in the APP by the user account that purchased the package, and are strictly prohibited from being transferred, rented, shared or sold to other third parties in any form. If the user is found to violate this provision, we have the right to immediately stop providing translation services to the user and reserve the right to pursue the user for legal responsibility.

IV. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

1. Rights and Obligations of Users

   1. Users have the right to use the translation services in accordance with this Agreement after purchasing the translation time package.
   2. The User shall guarantee that he/she complies with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Translation Services and shall not use the Translation Services for any illegal, infringing or detrimental purposes. The User shall be responsible for his/her own behavior and its consequences in the course of using the Translation Services.
   3. Users shall keep their APP accounts and passwords in a safe place to prevent their accounts from being stolen or abused. We shall not be responsible for any loss or dispute caused by improper storage of the User's account.
   4. Users shall not reverse engineer, reverse compile, crack or attempt to obtain the source code of the APP and the Translation Services, or interfere with, disrupt or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Company

   1. We have the right to adjust the functions, duration, price and package content of the translation service according to the needs of business development, and the package duration purchased by the user before the adjustment will not be affected.
   2. We will provide users with translation services in accordance with this Agreement and do our best to ensure the stability and reliability of the services. However, due to the complexity of the Internet environment, force majeure factors or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, it may lead to short interruptions, delays or other abnormalities in the service, and we will try our best to shorten the duration of the abnormalities and safeguard the rights and interests of the users for normal use.
   3. We are committed to providing accurate and complete translation results, but do not guarantee that the translation results are completely accurate. Due to the complexity and diversity of languages and the limitations of translation technology, there may be some translation errors or inaccuracies. Users should review and proofread the translation results by themselves, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate translation results.
   4. We will take reasonable measures to protect the security and privacy of the user's input data and translation results, but we do not guarantee that the data will not be leaked, tampered with or lost during transmission and storage. Users shall bear the risks of data security and privacy on their own, and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by data security issues.

V. Change and Termination of Agreement

1. Changes to the Agreement: We have the right to modify and update this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, business development needs or other reasonable reasons. Users are requested to check this agreement regularly. If users continue to use the translation service after the change of the agreement takes effect, it means that users accept the content of the modified agreement. If the User does not agree with the modified Agreement, the User shall immediately stop using the Translation Services.

2. Termination of the Agreement: We have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and stop providing translation services to the user under the following circumstances

   1. The user seriously violates the agreement, such as maliciously using the translation service, infringing the intellectual property rights of the company or a third party, etc;
   2. The user violates laws and regulations and uses translation services to engage in illegal activities;
   3. We cannot continue to provide translation services due to force majeure or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons.

VI. Others

1. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of the Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of China.
2. If any clause in this agreement is partially invalid or has no legal effect for any reason, it will not affect the binding force of the rest of the clauses in this agreement on both parties, with legal effect.
3. All users of AuraFit translation packages must agree to this agreement in its entirety.
